Pick and chooses when it want to work
So one day Im using lyft perfectly fine ,with my bank card next day its saying my card was declined when I had more than 500$ on my card . Then it says account is placed on hold . WHY DOESNT LYFT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE phone number???? Now its saying my account is disabled and I have t even been able to get into it !!!!!! I use lyft to get to work everyday but thank god I had uber downloaded too cause when this happened I had to switch . To them and uber is pretty expensive . I havent received no call or email back yet . I have contacted lyft on Facebook Instagram and there help support line .
