Good app, lots of bad procedures

App works nice. You can meet great drivers that are really cheerful.

But too often people do not think and cause you problems. Especially when u need to be in time. And a driver comes and tells you she cant take you to the airport cos she does not have a permit... although she took that ride with you. And u get late and nervous.

Reason - bed procedures and not good customer service and problem solutions at the hq.
