They dont have a cancel button in plane site. Their cancellation fee is double uber. The driver couldnt find me while I was in an ally way in Boston and asked me to cancel. I swear I looked for five min and even asked the help area and couldnt find it anywhere. Charged me $10. Im going to stick with uber, they are way more customer friendly.

They charge you before you even use their app just to set up a payment option

Awesome app cheaper and generally faster than uber

When inputting certain addresses sometimes the app changes it to a completely different address number. Really inconvenient when you find out you get dropped off at a place you werent expecting. Even more so when your using this on vacation in a city youre not familiar with.

Easy to use

For some reason, it just feels friendlier in a Lyft - will always take Lyft over Uber ... please come to Toronto!

Frequent and Annoying. Especially considering I dont live in a market where Lyft operates. Inspired me to delete the app until I visit a Lyft market. Ugh.

Great service. Quick and clean. I love that I can tip the driver. Driver was supper professional. Service was great!

Ever since I uploaded & used it, I had no problems with either app or drivers. The rides are way cheaper than using the regular taxi and drivers are very friendly & city knowledgable. Vehicles are cleaner than cabs & they provide free water too. I continue to use the app and the drivers are great no matter which city I used it in!

Drivers repeated tell me its their preference over Uber. Come to Toronto. Love that I can leave a tip.
