Just dont like it

Getting better but still much room for improvements. I dont know about other but they hold money from my credit card every couple days and release it again. Thats not cool.

Fantastic idea

App worked great, no issues. Driver picked me up in 7 minutes from the time I requested it. Safe and comfortable ride. Saying goodbye to taxis!!

not available in Canada

lets you register, then says "not available in this area" when it detects my location in Toronto

Expanding to Canada

Can Calgary be one of the first places you start in Canada when you guys expand? Thanks I want to be a driver.

Sheldon

Downloaded and waiting to use it Toronto!

GTA Area

Looking forward to it coming to Toronto

Cool idea but VANCOUVER!!

Would be sweet to have this in Vancouver soon! And theres something about giving an app my credit card info and drivers license info....they want my first born too? Paypal would be a great option to get paid by rather than credit card. Will 5 star it when things change I guess. Dont know why its released in canada yet when canada isnt supported at this time.

Hello

Please bring this to Edmonton AB. I need a truck once in awhile to pick up some stuff that wont fit in or on my car. Thanks

Not worth downloading if..

You dont live in USA or live in a smaller city.

Canada

Not worth getting if you live in Canada

Would like to use and review

But i dont use facebook, so i cant use it.

Team Coco

Conan O’Brien, Kevin Hart and Ice Cube brought me here, but it’s funny because it doesn’t work lol

Useless App

Does not show available rides but asks for credit card number first. Deleted.

Nice UI

But no cars in Vancouver, BC.

No canada support

Then why is it on the canada store?

No Canadian support!

Dont waste your time with this app. Terrible user interface and no debit support. Looks like they released it too early... Good idea.. But currently... It is certainly not usable. :/

Excellent service!

My boyfriend and I used Lyft on a recent trip to Seattle and received the most awesome customer service from Daniel! He was efficient, on time, and certainly went above and beyond for us! Thanks Lyft (and Daniel)!

Charged credit card without use

Having to dispute charges because they charged my credit card twice when I tried to register however it wouldnt let me register.

Doesnt work with Canadian Credit Card

Tried 4 different cards. None worked. Might be because it insists on a zip code. Use Uber instead.

A lovely alternative to uber

For the many urban commuters Lyft is friendly commuter service at your fingertips. In todays urban world, being connected within your community starts by engaging. As a Vancouverite visiting San Fransisco, my personal experience of Lyft quite literally awesome!! Shifting the necessary change of perceived values around commuting and sharing that experience was an amazing way to explore the San Fransisco efficiently. The customer service was impeccable, the user experience of the app was easy to navigate but better yet, as an interior designer who appreciates the details, the app not just works but looks good. On top of that the ability for drivers to be accountable for the experience they are providing, makes Lyft to top the list of setting the bar high for all new competitor apps coming to the market. I was so moved by the experience of using the app mostly because I see the potential of technology helping make the necessary change we need in our world. Information sharing highly edited to the convenience of its user base. All I could keep thinking about is why the hell is Lyft not in Vancouver. I think about my father who at the early age of 62 is stripped of his dreams to retire and enjoy his life with travelling the roads with his wife, due to recent diagnosis of my mother now living with early onset Alzheimers. My father now struggles to be a full time caregiver but is faced to find financial solutions to support his family. Lyft would be a perfect solution for my father to live his love of driving, find purpose by providing a public service. The ability of my father to provide an experience to commuters with dignity of loving the city he knows best. Lyft provides a new platform for drivers to have an income all at the convenience of a flexible schedule. The ability for my father to work when he can in between being a caregiver or hosting homestay students. This app would be a great way for my father to meet a younger demographic and have a fun approach to his love of driving. Not sure where Lyft stands on the Vancouver front but I would be happy to endorse and find creative ways for uber to enter the Vancouver market. Were a tough city to crack into but I do believe when companies can prove to be successful in Vancouver, they can be successful anywhere.
