A lot more cheaper than uber & friendlier service! Definitely recommend

Love this app and from what I hear they treat their drivers with way more respect than Uber does. My go to DD when I head out for some cocktails. Highly recommend it.

Lyft is a scam, driver dropped me off and kept going so it would charge more. They wont give me a refund. Fraud

It seems the average wait time is in between 15 and 20 minutes where with Uber it was an average wait time of 5 to 10 minutes. Where the quality of the drivers with Uber had drastically downgraded and I have lots of complaints. The drivers for lyft or just average most of them are very weird people

I got a 50$ reward but it said I wasnt gonna receive it for 2 weeks and I emailed lyft and they replied right away and gave me temporary credit. I was very satisfied with the quickness of their reply

Before Lyft, travel was not as easy. The drivers are always kind, the rates are beyond fair, and timing is never a question. I could not be happier. I highly recommend this app.

I dont own a car in Los Angeles or Milwaukee where I live and work and use Lyft to fill in needs I have when public transit isnt easy. So many sweet drivers. Thank you!

This is a five star app for certain. Its important to not have this service not be a monopoly. Oligopolies are slightly better. Only because they kept pestering me to rate the app I give it 4 stars instead of 5.

Absolutely LOVE this app. Not only are the rides super affordable, compared to Uber. Ive always had a great experience being picked up by the drivers.

Lyft is affordable, the drivers are affable, and I am happy this service exists.

Lyft is quickly becoming my favorite app

As someone with limited energy it is great to be able to save it for my errands and not be exhausted when I show up somewhere. If I feel like chatting I can have a good conversation or just a quiet ride.

All the drivers are very professional and very safe drivers. Always accurate with pick ups and drop offs. No funny business going down
