I was given a $50 coupon when I first started with lyft. The service is quick and the people are beyond great to talk to.

So one day Im using lyft perfectly fine ,with my bank card next day its saying my card was declined when I had more than 500$ on my card . Then it says account is placed on hold . WHY DOESNT LYFT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE phone number???? Now its saying my account is disabled and I have t even been able to get into it !!!!!! I use lyft to get to work everyday but thank god I had uber downloaded too cause when this happened I had to switch . To them and uber is pretty expensive . I havent received no call or email back yet . I have contacted lyft on Facebook Instagram and there help support line .

The app is easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, car model, and they’re number if you need to call them. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water and candy! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have car chargers at your ready! With the new Lyft Line it’s cheaper than ever, rides can cost you as low as a few dollars. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever take a cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a refund. I’m very happy and I hope Lyft continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service! I also prefer Lyft much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply meaning their cars are always just a few minutes away, and price is usually the cheapest. Overall you should definitely give it a try, especially with the $50 coupon I gave you!!

Great way to get around Las Vegas! Drivers friendly, clean cars, empty trunks held all of our luggage. Great for short trips and return to airport for departure. Will definitely continue using Lyft.

Using Lyft has been a life saver since my car is having problems. Its cheap and get a $50 credit when you sign up. Awesome!!

Gets me around. Cheaper than uber, usually. Little to no hiccups on the app side.

Once Im on a trip, the time estimates are pretty good. Why cant the estimate for when the driver will arrive be done the same way? They appear to be done on an "as the crow flies" metric rather than taking actual roads into account.

Best app ever better then uber but wish you could select the same driver every time just a suggestion

I have been with lyft for a while now and I dont understand why you will reward new customers who will never come back after their "free ride" and yet you wont reward people who have been with lyft your ACTUAL customers I deleted your app because I stayed with lyft even after countless rides that were completely terrible the drivers you people hire are terrible I had one lady scream at me for being in front of a building when she had driven behind it she said it was my fault when shes the one who had to pick me up thats ridiculous theres been poor attitude of 9/10 drivers Ive had and I stayed with this app even then and again still there should be promo codes for your current users Im wasting my money on poor service and I feel a discount for people who have been on the app for a while should be available.

I prefer Lyft. Sleeker design and more information than others.

alot of people compare to uber, but lyft offers muchhh more deals than uber. prices are def much more reasonable and the extra coupons are just bonuses ! i love itt and will def be using and recommending to others.

I dont quite exactly know the difference between Lyft and Uber, but I will say that Lyft definitely hasnt let me down. However, there are some bugs that need some improvement. For example, every time I request a ride it takes a while for it to locate a driver, the estimated time of arrival sometimes isnt as accurate. However, Ive gotten great drivers, good service, and price range is very reasonable (at least from my experience).

I used uber in the beginning than they had the card issue so I switch to lyft thank god they take paypal.... Plus I found it cheaper than uber ever since , easy navigation through out the app.

I use Uber and Lyft.. Lyft is a little more expensive but its worth it.

The Bad: I see cars in the area a couple minutes away but when I request a car I takes several minutes to link up with a driver... Uber links faster. Ive had drivers cancel on me as well. Sometimes lyft seems to be a little more than uber but its a close race. The Good: Easy to use, friendly drivers and so far good promos. Half off this week is great. Waiting for my $50 off ten rides ($5 ea.) they told me Id get but havent seen yet.
