Perfect!!!

Hello, Firstly navigation is always going to the alley. I dont understand why but you should fix it. Secondly when im taking line, i cant see the driver info, i see only another passengers name which is not important.

Cant start service. Im in UK, but this sends the message like its a US number.

I dont have a Facebook account but this application want it.

Impossible to use if you dont have a US credit card. Useless for people visiting the country

So long as the app isnt multiplatform, I see no reason to use it. I will keep using Über instead. Because they embrace diversity. I want to be able to pick up any phone I use and call the taxi of my choice. If you have no plans to work with all the customers I see no reason I should work with you.

I really love the idea of this app, but it is buggy and not clear. I think it works only in US.

Easy to use, reliable and SUPER cheap. Lots of bonus credit and special offers, gets you wondering how they even make any profit. My go-to transportation mean in Miami area.

Im using Lyft while in NYC and I find it extremely useful. Its cheaper than a taxi and you immediately get matched to the closest driver. Its as fast as raising your hand to call a cab in the street!

0 stars if I could! First, Im at MCO Airport in Orlando and it tells me "Lyft is not available in your area." When you clearly advertise going to MCO specifically on your website. My destination was only 5 miles from the airport, so I highly doubt that that was the case either. Funny enough my friend was able to book from her phone to pick me up. She was already at the hotel. However, I saw my driver, waved, and he continued to drive past me. I will never ever be using this service again, and I will be warning others about its unreliability.

They will randomly charge you 25$ for no reason. You will see it as a "pending" charge. Will not go away. Use Uber. MUCH better.

Ive always had a good experience w Lyft. My wait time is very short. If it says 4 minutes away I usually get picked up in like 2 minutes. Ive had 2 out of my 30+ rides with Lyft mess up doubling my travel cost. I contacted customer service and they investigated. I got refunded the wrongful cost plus a $5 Lyft credit on my next ride. I cant say anything bad about them.

I enjoy the convenience and the drivers are sincere. My only problem is that the app should give the option of sharing a ride with others. Personally Im not ok with taking personal time or being late. Especially if the person doesnt take the pick-up.

I take Lyft every morning and every evening for work. Ive only been using Lyft for q week now and Im totally in love! The drivers are very friendly and professional.

Very convenient and has been great so far. Great pricing and very good rides.
