I use lyft to get to work more often than I should however its hard to beat the fair pricing and convenience.

The only issue I have its how long the take to pick you up beside that you guys are great.

First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon Mike240615 to get $50 off your first ride! Enter it right before you request a ride in the Payment tab under Add Payment Method. Might as well try it out since it probably wont cost you a thing! The app is easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, car model, and they’re number if you need to call them. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water and candy! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have car chargers at your ready! With the new Lyft Line it’s cheaper than ever, rides can cost you as low as a few dollars. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever take a cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a refund. I’m very happy and I hope Lyft continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service! I also prefer Lyft much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply meaning their cars are always just a few minutes away, and price is usually the cheapest. Overall you should definitely give it a try, especially with the $50 coupon I gave you!!

I absolutely hate the fact that every time your ride appears you have to cross your fingers that there isnt a surprise guest waiting for you. They need an option asking if you prefer to ride alone. The purpose of a cab is to get to your destination promptly with a second passenger thats impossible.

After taking many, many, many cabs over the years, I have to say that the most pleasant experiences I have had have been with lyft drivers. I get the feeling it’s because they know you don’t rate them or tip them until after you leave their vehicle. So they give you the best experience possible in the hope that you give them the best rating and tip possible, since customers aren’t matched to drivers with under a 3 star rating. Plus, getting set up on their app as a customer takes just a few minutes. Loved it!

I like that lyft has lots promos on esp during week days/nights. Ive never encountered any issues with any of my car requests / drivers. Great app/tool. Drivers seem to prefer lyft to uber but from a customer/user pov, both are great tools/apps!

Unlike uber my rate is seemingly unchanged when I consistently need my ride. Cars are always clean. If you change rates or service you are dead to me. Lyft is awesome!!!
