So far the experience is great. Talkative friendly drivers so far. Definitely sticking with Lyft for the time being.

Ive never been disappointed by a Lyft Car Driver. Theyre always so uplifting, interactive and friendly. Thats the only reason I choose Lyft over Uber. The app looks refreshing as well. Good job!

Ive often had better experiences with LYFT than uber, but all of the drivers seem to be centered on Plano, which is about 10 minutes away, and not on McKinney. It takes me 20 minutes to get a LYFT ride, and less than 10 for an uber. It would really improve things if drivers were given an incentive to cover gapped areas to reduce wait times. Also, drivers need consequences for cancelling after a certain time. Ive been late for several very important appointments because a driver cancelled after like 10 minutes and I had to wait for a new one. In one instance it resulted in me losing a $50,000 client. I wouldve sought damages if I didnt think it would be a waste of time.

I am so tired of drivers not going where Ive said I am. I put in an address every time and if I said Im at X dont drive to W. Also, the wait times are always wrong if its over 3 min. Living in a large city means traffic. Im calling for a Lyft because I need to go somewhere. A driver should not be allowed to pick someone up when theyre so many minutes away.

Amazing easy and reliable

It keeps saying "poor connection" and its seriously starting to bother me because I have no car at the moment it got wrecked and I rely on lyft. I have full bars and everything yet it says poor connection.

Im sorry, Lyft is da bomb! I have such great riding experience with this service. Taxi drivers could learn a thing or two from Lyft.

Yes, both apps are virtually similar from a consumer standpoint, but if you also want a company that is honest, considerate to their drivers and committed with fair business practices, you should use Lyft. Plus, Rates are usually lower and more transparent (ie. Surge pricing is represented by a percentage, not by a confusing multiplier).
