Love it

Rode lots of lyfts while living in San Francisco for 6 months last year. Moved to Salt Lake a few months ago and Lyft works like a charm around SLC too.

Consistently cheaper than Uber, good customer service when dealing with the company, drivers are usually good.

Great service in my area (Atlanta), super fast and easy. Havent had a SINGLE ISSUE with any of my rides, unlike several problems that I have had with inexperienced Über drivers (cancelling at the last minute on their way to pickup, getting lost, etc). First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon LYFT737 to get $50 off your first ride! Enter it right before you request a ride in the Payment tab under Add Payment Method. Might as well try it out since it probably wont cost you a thing! The app is easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, car model, and they’re number if you need to call them. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water and candy! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have car chargers at your ready! With the new Lyft Line it’s cheaper than ever, rides can cost you as low as a few dollars. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever take a cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a refund. I’m very happy and I hope Lyft continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service! I also prefer Lyft much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply meaning their cars are always just a few minutes away, and price is usually the cheapest. Overall you should definitely give it a try, especially with the $20 coupon I gave you!

I really like Lyft and in my experience they have friendlier drivers than other taxi alternatives in the city. It would be nice if I were able to store frequent destinations. I know they start to auto fill but a "Take me from where I am to Home/work etc. button would be great. Being able to interface with the address book and calendar would be cool too. Just tap the address in the event or contact and select "Get ride" and the app opens with the destination address filled in. Just my thoughts.

I downloaded this app after being frustrated that I couldnt tip using Uber. The whole point of these apps it that you dont carry cash yet driver expect and deserve to be tipped. I found that the lyft drivers seem happier and if bet its because they are more likely to be tipped for good service. Im converted.

I love Lyft; Ive been using it for years and it only gets better with age.

Good app and service

I have only rode with Lyft 4 times and each time Ive gotten super nice and cool drivers with a lot of personality and thats the best thing and they always get me to my destination safely.

When you reserve a ride, it seems like it takes them between 3 - 10 minutes longer than expected to arrive. Other than that, it seems alright thus far. What keeps me coming back are the promotions! Good job Lyft.
